Standard Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €65.00 and delivery takes place
on average within 2-3 working days, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves the warehouse. However, this process may take longer in case of promotions or in periods of the year with a particularly high number of orders.
In any case, the products will be delivered within 30 days according to the legal terms.
Orders placed before 10:00 am will be processed and prepared the same day.
The products are delivered via MBE Courier management from Monday to Friday in
office hours.
Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The products will be delivered in Italy and throughout Europe.
For direct shipments to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia or other smaller islands it is necessary to consider one or two
days more than the timeframes indicated above.
You can check the status of your shipment at any time via the tracking that you receive.

Always choose an address where someone can pick up the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, indicate all the references trying to be as precise as possible, also indicating the name of the company and any contact person, the floor or any other information that may be useful to the courier.
